This is my first time renting baby equipment. How does it work?

Whether you’ve worked with us before or this is your first time renting baby gear, we want you to have the best experience possible. Once you have your travel dates and rental address handy, simply fill out our booking request form and be sure to list the specific item(s) you’re looking to rent. Then we will confirm the order from our side, collect payment, and arrange for delivery on the day of your arrival.

You do not need to be present for delivery or pick up of your items. We will find a safe, covered space outside of the residence and send a photo confirmation once everything has been dropped off. On the day of your departure, simply place the items back in that spot and we will take care of the rest!

Where is Pack and Playa located?

We are conveniently located right off of Route 1 (Coastal Highway) in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes! Please note you’d prefer “self pickup” in your order request form and we can get it scheduled. Please note, all orders that include full size cribs or Snoo bassinets are not eligible for self pickup.

How are items cleaned between each rental?

As soon as we get an item back we inspect it thoroughly for functionality and safety. Our sanitization process uses non-toxic, frangrance-free, baby-safe cleaners to ensure every item you receive arrives in pristine condition.

Do you accept last minute orders?

Yes! We totally understand needing gear at the drop of a hat. Please give us a call so we can assist you further. Please note, all same-day bookings incur an additional $30 fee.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, there is a $100 minimum for all bookings.

How much is delivery?

FREE! We currently deliver to Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach as well as surrounding areas. If you are staying in another area please reach out to us and we will see what we can do!

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, we have a 3-day minimum rental period, and rental periods are calculated by the day. For example, Friday to Sunday would fulfill the 3-day minimum as you would have the items for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you need items for 10+ days please reach out to see if you qualify for a long-term discount.
